Daniel Arbour, General Manager (Bilingual Service)

With 14 years of METO experience under his belt Daniel is well versed in all aspects of the business and is the General Manager at Denbro. Daniel is fluent in French.

Ray Crawford, Warehouse & Repair Manager

Ray has over 25 years of experience with METO tools and he has handled repairs in the field along with customer service phone support for the country. He has extensive product knowledge and a long history with the customer base as it has evolved over the years. He currently provides repair, shipping and receiving functions to support Denbro.

Tony Guan, General Manager Assistant

Tony comes to Denbro with a strong accounting background, is the General Manager Assistant at Denbro Retail Convenience Solutions Inc.  Prior to working at Denbro RCSI, Tony was the Accounting Assistant for TAIE International Institute – an independent international high school – where he corroborated with the Accounting Manager to oversee the daily accounting function and budget of the school.  With the experience and exposure from Tony Guan’s previous positions and education, he strongly supports the Denbro team to face the many different challenges ahead.
