Delivery
In stock items will ship same day, or next day if order is placed after 2:00 pm local time. Contact us to see if your needs are in stock. If not we can discuss setting up minimum requirements so your product will always be in stock.
Warranty / Claims
Turn-O-Matic products are covered by a one year warranty from date of shipment and any defective products reported during the warranty period will be replaced or credited upon confirmation of the warranty claim.

Returns
Do not make a return delivery without first obtaining authorization and a Return Order number. To obtain a Return Order number, please send a written return request noting our order number under which the products were originally delivered, along with the article numbers and quantities requested to be returned.

Include a packing list that clearly notes the Return Order number. Return deliveries of overstocked products must be sent with freight pre-paid. Only such return deliveries will be accepted by the receiving department.
Upon receipt, all returned products will be inspected. For returns of overstocked products, a restocking fee of 33% of the original invoiced price will be applied for products found to be in new, working condition in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted on special orders.
